Location: East Riding
The overall purpose of the post is to provide administrative support to the ERVIP (East Riding Voices in Partnership) Steering Group to enable them to provide information and share knowledge about the SEND services in the East Riding to parents and carers in order that they may participate fully and with confidence in the SEND system.
Applicants are required to have previous experience of working in a secretarial/administrative environment and need to have good oral and written communication skills. They will also need to be a car driver with use of own car as they will need to travel across the East Riding for meetings and events from time to time and may have to work occasional evenings to meet the needs of the service.
Some finance experience (e.g maintaining petty cash and expenditure records) and a knowledge of issues relating to disabled children and families would be preferable.
