Hours of work: Part time, 18 hours per week

Temporary post until March 2018
The role:
Independent Support Practitioners will provide support and advice to any family or young person going through a statutory Education Health and Care needs assessment and will offer support during the process of developing an Education Health and Care plan.
Independent Support Practitioners will also offer support to parents and/or young people with statements of SEN and Learning Disability Assessments, who are transitioning over to the new Education, Health and Care assessment and planning process.
