Purchase Ledger Clerk

The role:

KIDS  is a national charity that works with disabled children and young people and their families. We are looking to recruit the right individual to come and join our central finance team, based in Sutton Coldfield, as our purchase ledger clerk.

Reporting to the Finance Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the purchase and expense ledgers for the whole organisation, correctly processing invoices and expense claims, preparing payment runs and handling queries from suppliers and internal managers.

We work with a large number of projects across the country, so we are looking for an individual that can successfully work in an environment with a high number of different relationships and has excellent communication skills, an accurate and logical approach to work and good computer skills.
